About Us

Dr. Todd Ludden brings over 15 years of experience to Bonita Dental and is passionate about combining advanced dental technology with a gentle, relationship-first approach. He grew up in Los Angeles, California and Portland, Oregon. He attended a small private college in Northern California where he played soccer and graduated Magna Cum Laude, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Following college, he attended the Loma Linda School of Dentistry where he received his Doctorate in Dental Surgery. He has worked in Texas and Arizona, where he focused on pediatric dentistry, and now has made San Diego his home.

Dr. Ludden’s philosophy centers on prioritizing patient relationships, trust, and comfort while delivering skilled, quality dentistry. He ensures every patient feels heard and valued, offering customized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and goals. Whether addressing routine check-ups or restorative solutions, his approachable demeanor and expertise create a stress-free dental experience for all ages.

Away from the office, Dr. Ludden enjoys spending time with his wife and sons, Luca and Callan. He coaches youth sports for his boys, including soccer, baseball, and flag football. He also enjoys playing golf, going to car shows, and traveling the world with his family.

Dr. Irais Lozano is dedicated to providing exceptional dental care while building genuine, lasting relationships with her patients. With a strong foundation in academic and clinical dentistry, she provides comprehensive general and restorative care tailored to each patient’s unique needs, goals, and concerns. Dr. Lozano is also bilingual and proudly speaks Spanish, allowing her to connect with and care for a diverse community of patients.

Dr. Lozano believes that the best dental care begins with listening and empowering patients to take an active role in their oral health. Whether providing routine preventive care or addressing a specific dental concern, she takes the time to educate her patients, explain their treatment options, and work together to create a personalized plan. Her goal is for every patient to feel comfortable, confident, and informed about their care.

Dr. Lozano has been practicing dentistry since 2016. Committed to lifelong learning, she regularly participates in study clubs and continuing education courses to stay current with the latest technologies, techniques, and advances in dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association®, California Dental Association, and San Diego Dental Society.

Outside of the office, Dr. Lozano enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, reading, and roller skating. Most of all, she loves spending time with her family and friends—and especially enjoys making memories with her seven nieces and nephews.
